Cancellation Policy

  • We collect the first night’s room and tax when you book your room via calling the Front Desk or by booking online using the BEST AVAILABLE RATE option. There is a $50 cancellation fee up to 14 days prior to check in.  At 13 days or less prior to check-in, a cancellation results in the loss of the entire first night’s deposit.
  • If you book online and redeem the 10%-off online booking discount, the full amount of the stay is immediately charged. The entire amount is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
  • In the event you need to cancel your reservation, regardless of how you booked it, you can move your stay to another date one time up to one year with no cancellation fee. Rate changes will be incurred if the rate is higher as a result of the move.

Pet Policy

A limited number of pet-friendly suites are available for guests traveling with very well-behaved dogs under 60 pounds. An additional $50/pet cleaning fee/per pet is required for all pet stays.

Pet Rules:

Pets in hallways and common indoor and outdoor areas must be leashed at all times.

A $50 fine is charged in instances where a dog is barking for 15 minutes or more and is not calmed/attended to by the pet parent. If barking continues additional fines, a request to house your pet elsewhere, and/or guest eviction may be imposed.

Dogs must be fully outdoor potty trained. We do not allow pets stays for dogs requiring potty pads. There is a 2-dog maximum per suite regardless of suite size.

Pet friendly units cannot be booked online. Call the front desk find out if a pet-friendly suite is available. Guests arriving with a pet that do not have a pet-friendly suite reserved in advance may be turned away.
